Booking Policies
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking.
Punctuality
Please be on time to your appointment, I do allow a grace period of 10 minutes as I understand delays may occur.
Payments
The final balance can be paid by cash or card, your £20 deposit will be deducted from your bill.
CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING
If necessary, you may cancel your appointment, however your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, this can be done if you let me know at least 24hrs before your appointment.
EXTRA INFORMATION
Confirmation emails are sent upon booking & 24hrs before your appointment, Please ensure your details are correct. Slots are Released on the 15th of each month.
